Creating User Personas
To effectively address the challenge of time management among students at VCU, I began by identifying the primary user personas. While the issue of time management spans various age groups, I narrowed my focus to young adults in college and those in their late 20s. This choice stems from the observation that individuals in these demographics often lead busy lifestyles, engaging in vibrant college experiences and social activities.
As I directed research on students within those age brackets, I was able to empathize with their unique struggles with time management, academic pressures, social engagements, and bustling campus life. This specific focus allows for a more tailored and impactful approach to developing solutions that resonate with their daily challenges.

Jeremiah is a relaxed guy… Maybe too relaxed. After class, he usually hangs out with his friends or grabs a drink with other colleagues. However, one night He reaches for his phone to find a notification from Canvas stating his grade dropping over 3 missed assignments!
